Yes, you can be a dual citizen with the US. Although the US citizenship oath requires that you renounce foreign allegiances, countries such as Mexico, the United Kingdom, Ireland, etc don't hold that against you. But I'm not sure about the other way. If you are born in the US and become a citizen of another country, I'm not sure what that would mean. |
