I prefer fresh or frozen, but there is no problem with salt free canned veggies.As I mentioned in the other post, I can't eat canned vegetables. And it's not because of the "salt", it's that I don't like the taste of vegetables when they are "soft" or "overcooked", as most canned vegetables are. I too really only eat fresh or frozen vegetables. |
