If you stop adding salt to your food, in 3 weeks time food with added salt will taste excessively salty.That's what has been said about the trans fat ban too, and now it's many years later, and the taste still sucks. You are ACCUSTOMED to the excess salt. Modify that and your taste for salt will be altered. And for the record, I don't like very salty foods. |
