It's not the principal I have a problem with. It's the fact that the government is making all of these (unfunded) mandates.Do you know how much it will cost companies/restaurants to do the Research and Development to create these new dishes and products, and hope that the consumers will like them? Why not provide incentives instead of punishing companies? I thought we were supposed to be fixing this economy! |
