I thought there still was a long form.Anyway I received one in 1980. It was a real pain. It had about 75 questions for each person in your household. I remember spending at least several hours on it. There was a whole section on Journey to work. You had to state if you drove or used mass transit and or if both, in what combination. Also, how many vehicles you used, eg. 2 trains and a bus. I also think they asked how long the trip took. I think that section was about 10 to 15 questions. I can't remember what the other sections related to, but I think there were questions such as the highest grade you went to and questions about income. |
