These things ARE "participating restaurant" deals ... I'd bet that at least within the city, has to do with traffic volume and having to take a blender out of service for the one item and the volume actually sold doesn't justify the downtime. But it'd be an interesting question for Wolf Blitzer to put up on the big screen. Hell, Glenn Beck could probably flap his gums for a whole hour on this one. :) |
