I don't disagree, but one of the things that has to stop is that many people on welfare have no insentive to even go for a job, even a low paying jobBecause one can only be on welfare for no more than two straight years and for five years maximum in their lifetime and have to use that time for job training, education, etc or they don't get a check. |
