He was waving the toy gun---therefore, it appears justified.Whenever they are demanded, it is because the circumstances under which the shooting occurred are suspect or disputed. This is not in dispute; have you seen the ads in the MTA system about toy guns versus real guns? They look the same, and an officer of the law can't tell the difference. |
