So how do you explain that fact the Catholic schools are not closed on that day in America?

How many other saints' days are they not closed on as well? The USA is not a Catholic country with a single state religion, racist.

And so...if the day is not a Irish holiday, then the LBTG should then be allowed to march....since what you are saying it's NOT exclusive to persons of Irish heritage

You mixed up your own argument, racist. Doesn't make a difference in that vein if the day is solely an Irish holiday, but if it's a Catholic holiday instead, it makes a world of difference. You saying that no Irish people are gay?
