FYI...the owner of Astroland was given big money for Astroland by Thor Equities three years ago. She coudl have taken LESS money and had her lease extended. BUT she was greedy. She took mopre money (I think it was 30 million) and then she went back to Thor two years later asking for another lease extension for the 2009 season. Thor said no. She could have easily taken less and stayed open for 2009 but once again greed prevailed. No one reports it that way though. |
