If they really want to be inclusive, they ought to invite the Orange Order to march.BTW, what about the other patron saints of the British Isles? We've got St. Andrew's Day (patron saint of Scotland; actually the apostle Andrew) on November 30th, St. George's Day (patron saint of England) on April 23rd, and St. David's Day (patron saint of Wales) on March 1st (which we missed already). Time for parades on those days, maybe? |
