The courts will likely disagree with you on this. Show me past precedent on this issue, where the school, knowing the lifestyle of the parents, accepts the pupil for enrollment and then tries to rescind enrollment after it has begun.I need to see the specific case. BTW, as for the public schools, the only way in which they can fail students is if the PARENTS fail at their jobs. Failure of students is always indicative of parental failure. |
