The First Amendment doesn't apply here. The First Amendment only means that government cannot restrict religion. A court's ordering the child reinstated would not be a violation of the First Amendment; the issue is whether or not the school can break a contract (one made with the parents to educate the child) without cause.If the Church claims cause, what is that cause? |
