With Spider-Pig, posted by Dan Lawrence on Sun Feb 7 17:15:27 2010. since the two adjoining counties (Montgomery and Prince Georges) don't want to assume those parts of DC.Why do you assume that they'd make the City of Washington part of any county? The City of Baltimore has been independent of any county since 1851. |
