But one usually goes with the other, and quality-of-life will almost always deteriorate when certain demos reach a critical mass.But looking to demographics will only get you, even per your own statement, the usually correct result. Trust me, when you're spending several hundred thousand dollars, you focus in on the most reliable indicators of quality of life, which are the indicators themselves, not the demographics you suppose they're usually correlated with. |
