Many people did. There are over 11k units in the Stuy Town/PCV complexes. And aside from the ugly legacy of segregation and a giveaway of public money, it's seemingly always been a place to raise families.Just today, it was announced that the creditors will have the complexes. Now that's jingle mail!!!! |
