They very well should as they are considered to be "fully funded" by the additional 1% sales tax that we voted on in 2008 that is expected to raise $25 billion. This isn't just a list of planned projects, this is a list of fully funded projects. This is not at all like hoping that the SAS gets built because the SAS has no funding for the future phases.Of course anything can happen and without additional money from the federal government (and something more than zero is a virtual guarantee) they won't be completely built for at least 20 years. |
