Seriously, though, you're right...those HS kids (both employees and their friends) are going to run wild with this. Expect New York City to make employment at BK age-restricted in the near future.It's not illegal though. What about the stadiums? There are plenty of underage workers pouring beer at Yankee Stadium, etc. 21 is not even a requirement for being a bartender, if I am not mistaken, even places like Applebees, Ruby Tuesday, etc have underage bartenders, if I am not mistaken. Not to mention the wait staff bringing the beer and liquor to the tables. |
