Now lets see where right-wingers will run with this "football" and not FUMBLE down the street with it...lolYou must not have noticed that the United States brought this action under President George W. Bush. NYC is appealing the ruling, and I hope that they win, and that the Court of Appeals vacates the summary judgment entered in favor of the US and the Vulcan Society. I have explained my differences with Judge Garaufis' reasoning in several posts. |
