I agree 100% with you.

In my girlfriend's townhouse community, with properties in the 500,000 to 700,00 range, three African American families own homes.The most spectatcular property is owned by a black gentleman.All educated and classy people who add to the community.I had an African American neighbor for years, a female executive at IBM whose income was much more than myself.

Rent control ruined many sections of the city.It's socialism in action.
