I only want upscale areas to be protected because it cheapens the achievement of people who live there by letting poor people live there simply because they won a lottery or have a certain heritage. A capitalist society rations scarcity with money. It's the same with middle class neighborhoods. A person shouldn't get an undeserved discount.And from recent threads it seems that I have a higher opinion of Howard Beach than you. I've called Rockwood Park an upscale neighborhood. I like Howard Beach. |
