So explain to me how it would work.The flight lands from Lagos in Amsterdam. Passengers who are headed for Amsterdam obviously head for customs. Passengers who are transferring do what -- queue up somewhere to show where they are headed next, so that each destination country can be checked against the origin country to see if that passenger needs to be rescreened? What if the person has two connections (Lagos-Amsterdam-Detroit-Vancouver) -- how many times do they get rescreened? |
