Those are the types I tend to brew up here. Lager is a bitch to make because it requires a cold bottom ferment and I tend to make beers in the summertime. So the house brand, "Bear Whiz" tends to be Weisse, IPA, stouts and ales. But my stuff is yummy ... though I prefer lagers and pilsens as my regular drinking swill.I've come a LONG way since the Bronix where "breakfast" was either Colt45 or Old Mildewy ... heh. |
