I buy canned tomatoes, which are better than store-bought fresh because they were picked when ripe for canning. Of course, homegrown tomatoes are still best because they ripen on the vine. Plus, tomato's nutrition reportedly improves with cooking. I can't get enough of them. I'm drinking Clamato as we speak.your pal, Fred |
