I actually gained weight eating at Whole Foods. The organic apples and potatoes are good for you. So is the quinoa. But Trader Joe's is a very blue collar healthy eating option. Believe it or not, eating the same thing daily, will help you lose weight. That's why bodybuilders do it. Once you find the right calorie count, the weight comes off. How about my peanut butter and lettuce sandwiches? I love them. And walking daily is free. In one walk, I went from Metropolitan and Park Lane to Jamaica Ave and 88th Street(site of St Thomas of the Apostle, which hosted several WWF shows in the 80's). Another walk started at Grand Central and 64th to World Gym on Woodhaven Blvd, and back. That's about 4 miles. |
