KSM was picked up Pakistani authorities just like the 1993 CIA HQ shooter was. That guy was caught in 1997, tried and convicted in 1998 and executed in 2002. All in the civilian courts. Guess who the US Deputy Attorney General was from 1997-2001?
Meanwhile KSM keeps breathing the same air I breath since 2003 thanks to Bush. Had he been put in civilian court from the get-go, he would have already been six feet under by now and I would be pissing on his grave.
