The trick with the exercise/weightloss equation is to drink plenty of fluid while exercising. Your body will crave calorie replacement after exercise. After you stop, eat a small quantity of some very rich (by that I mean calorie-dense, not two Napoleons) food, trail mixes (I make my own concoction with nuts, chocolate chips and dried cherries) and then more water. The high calorie stuff knocks off the hunger, water fills the stomach and you replace 200ish calories after burning twice (at least) as much (if your workout is similar to mine, roughly 400 calories burned).

Track everything you eat and all workouts. It makes it easier to decide what to eat. I have an app for that, there's plenty of software for any computer.
