The Turks would vehemently argue the latter. And as to the "liberation costs" that was in Halliburton's hands. China offered more and so it goes. Just because you're an American company doesn't mean your management GIVES a shit about America. So they moved to Dubai, UAE so they could pocket the result. :( |
