Don't lie - I didn't say Bush bowed - "only" that he smooched Abdullah (a Muslim, BTW).Why is Nixon bowing and Ike bowing "extremes"? I don't know if other leaders didn't bow to the emperor (proof?), but if not, they are the rude ones. I can just see the right hyperventilating if Obama did NOT bow to the emperor -- "Obama rude to emperor, embarrasses US." Heads I win, tails you lose is the current GOP M.O. |
