Can theseWe are talking about a predominantly democratic body, are we not? But I see your point. The democrats need not read or understand this bill. They just have to vote for it. Strange, though, since last Tuesday, how so many of then are not so sure any more. As one person said last night, "If they had the votes, they would have voted on the bill." |
