As soon as Owens votes for that socialist health care bill his goose is cooked next year. The Republicans will have a primary next year instead of annointing a candidate and the fury against Obamacare and heavy taxes and heavy unemployment and a fractured economy will sweep Owens out of office along with 40 or so other Democrats. In 2012 or 2014 the GOP will take back control of the House and maybe even the Senate, and if this time they are not stupid as they usually are they will stay in office longer.As far as the youth vote you talk about, many of them are jobless and have lost a lot of their fervor for Obama. They won't vote so enthusiastically for him next time around. |
