It will ALWAYS be possible and appropriate to blame Bush for getting us into this mess - because it started on his watch.

And it's getting progressively worse under Obama. Even if every American accepts it's Bush's fault, how does that help Obama? Obama blamed Bush era policies, those policies are now gone, yet things are getting worse.
