It's amazing that Anthony Kennedy hysterics still exist, after all these years.If Bork had been there instead, things would have been a lot different. For one, Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania v. Casey, 505 U.S. 833 (1992) would have been decided differently. I'd rather live in Anthony Kennedy's America. |
