It's not an overflowing waste basket. People just throw their garbage anywhere, as seen in the lawn shots. Ditto 108th St where people just throw their garbage, like food, bottles, sandwiches wrappers, etc.....on the floor, instead of a garbage can. All this shows a much different reality than your google street view. |
