Pan fried or griddle fried bacon is better than microwaved. Many people have settled for microwave cooked food out of convenience. And yes, it's a lot more convenient to simply microwave cook bacon and the result isn't deeply inferior to pan or griddle fried, but it's noticeably lesser.your pal, Fred |
