One final thing to note is that my back of the envelope calculations suggest that the NYC metro area would have had 21 electoral votes and the rest of the state 12.Being lazy I'm not going to find the populations, but if you post what you got (2000 census please) then I can give you a 100% exact number for this. Yes, I wrote a spreadsheet. |
