You liberals won't be happy until Chavez marches through Bridgeport.

It would better under Chavez then it is under these Fascists we have now. This is what happened to me today. (I can't tell you the whole story because I have litigation pending through the NYCLU).

I was minding my own business and taking photos of trains at Grand Central Terminal when I heard somebody over the PA system telling me to stop photographing.

Since I knew it was legal I kept clicking away until a homeless guy came up to me and asked for change. I gave him a copy of my 1050.9c.

Then with a certain degree of arrogance exceeding his powers he says to me "WTF is this shit?"

Nilet: "If you knew how to read you would know that it says that what I'm doing is legal"

Homeless Guy: "I just want some change for some Thunder Bird and you
hand me this worthless fu*#@ng paper?"

I make sure that he sees that's it's signed by the MTA Director but he starts to get visibly agitated and he threatens to vomit on me. I make sure to quickly photograph his cart number at which point he gets so close into my face that I can smell the cheap malt liquor on his breath.

H/G: "Go to hell you g*d#&mn terrorist"

Nilet: "Say that to my face!"

H/G: "I just did"

His stinking breath was too much for me so I defensivly push him away from me but he drunkenly stumbles to the ground but not before he instinctevly grabs my camera which breaks to pieces on the platform.

The ensuing commotion brings out a whole platoon of homeless people who will always stick up for their brothers no matter how wrong they are and they tell me to leave. Fortunately some tourists come to my aid and took some photos of the incident which I have shown to my lawyers.

I will keep you all posted on how this continuing war on railfan photography plays out...
