Saw that---and it actually convinced me THE OTHER WAY, when common sense and logic factor into the equation. In 2004, Nancy Pelosi and Barney Frank (and others in the House) had no say in formulating policy...and a filibuster ONLY stands when the party in power lets it stand). |
