So then he shouldn't have presented the stimulus bill as providing immediate relief if he knew that it would take a year or more.I know firsthand that it has saved and created jobs in engineering. The drop in construction jobs in the article is a little surprising but completely unexpected, as home construction probably employs more than highway construction. |
