You mean take them to...the government?Wouldn't a private small claims court be cheaper and more efficient? LOL - my point is you can't take government agencies to small claims court. Who do you take the government to without spending thousands on an attorney? You essentially have recourse when a private company screws you but it is very hard to sue a government agency that screws you. |
