You still aren't making any sense.By many standards the French and Dutch systems work pretty well. By some standards the US system works very well; by others, really poorly. President Obama is proposing changes to make the US system work better. HE IS NOT PROPOSING THAT THE US SYSTEM BE MODELED AFTER THE FRENCH OR DUTCH SYSTEM. So why do you keep saying "why would Obama want to switch to it?" HE DOESN'T. |
