The homeowner I know chose to have it done themselves, and did. The neighbor two homes down chose to ignore it, and the city came and sent their contractor...And their contractor was a private company. It sounds like what was really needed was a City inspector to be present to check the mix and test the concrete, but then people would complain about governmen workers getting paid to stand around and do nothing. |
