That's my California wife. I finally trained her the proper way to eat NY style pizza. John Revolting in Saturday Night Fever might have been exaggerating, but IMHO eating a wedge folded in half (OK, or sometimes flat), is the only way to go. There's at least 50 years of experience behind that opinion: good for my taste buds, bad for my arteries.
