Long Beach might have the largest number of Asian gang members around. Remember I said that the Cambodian neighborhood in Long Beach was a ghetto?One thing about gangs is that they tend to keep out competing criminals. They'll rob their own neighborhood, but they don't let others do the same. That's all that I can figure. Or maybe under reporting. |
