Hamburgers have always been served back to my days with ketchup, occasionally onions too. Big culture shock when the "California burgers" showed up with Bugger Kink with MAYONAISSE and lettuce added. FWIW, I don't like pickles or mustard on mine and always have to remember when traveling to tell them NOT to do that. :) |
