A black Roman Catholic, conservative Republican who admits he owns NO guns.What's so odd? In any urban Roman Catholic parish a significant percentage of the attendees at mass will be black. In northern urban areas even conservatives generally don't own guns. Even in very black areas conservative candidates for office get a moderate portion of the vote, like 15% or 20%. He may not be typical but I wouldn't call him odd. |
