NY1 continues to say "If birds......" implying that perhaps birds had nothing to do with this.

NTSB arrived Thursday night. So far, the only error he might have made was not pulling the "ditch switch" to make the plane float longer. That was announced tonight at the news conference.

But check out NY1. They seem to dislike this pilot.
