Perhaps he understood what you said all along, and was trying to make a joke along the lines of "How do you prevent a bomb on an airplane - bring one of your own because the chances of two bombs are infinitesimally tiny".Or perhaps he really doesn't understand the basic principles of probability and statistics. We'll probably never find out. |
