It ain't just NYC, it's EVERYWHERE. Last week, in the Charm City of the Chesapeake Drainage Area, Baltimore, no less than three idiots behind the wheel cut me off, one making a left turn from the right lane of a three lane road with standing traffic. Good thing I have good reflexes and good brakes.

Run streetcars for 40 years, you develop a "sixth sense" about drivers on the road with you, since you can't exactly swerve out of their way.
