What struck a nerve was that Kit Lange essentially trashed the real conservative on the SCOTUS bench, Anthony Kennedy, who (after Sandra Day O'Connor's retirement) has become the check on craziness...as you have noticed in a number of decisions that have gone against Bush...but have also helped to maintain gun control laws in check.The SCOTUS balance as it is now is perfect. Apparently she wants this country to take a sharp right turn...when what is actually needed is a slight right. Again, this is a comment on Kit Lange...not the OP who copied it from Euphoric Reality. |
